Currently, 123 countries have signed a convention to ban this type of munition, because of concerns of it violating International Humanitarian Law. However, the US nonetheless decided to send cluster munitions to Ukraine, with President Joe Biden saying that it is a "difficult decision" and citing the lack of munitions currently possessed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Hose is a debater in his last year of college. Sick and tired of debating after doing it ever since he was in high school so much so that he feels utter disgust when hearing the words "delta", "a priori", "deadlock", or any other debating jargon.
